Kim Foster BA, CHRL - CEO & Principal Consultant

Kim is a dedicated, results-oriented, and strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader with proven success bringing partners together to support the achievement of organizational objectives, while maintaining a culture of excellence and engagement. A skilled Labour Relations Professional, also experienced in designing and implementing pragmatic tools and methodologies to support best practice talent management strategies.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management, Kim holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations. In her over 20 years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience, Kim has contributed towards the success of one of Canada’s Top 50 Employers, Canada’s Top 50 Best Managed Companies, one of the top 100 Universities worldwide and achieved recognition for her organization as a Top Employer for five consecutive years.

With experience in both the private and public sectors, Kim has supported both local and remote client groups and travelled internationally to employ talent management programs, HR policy implementation, team facilitation and lead large-scale HR transformational projects.

Kim has designed and implemented national HR team startups, provided leadership to Human Resources and Organizational Development teams as well as coached senior leadership team members in both non-union and unionized environments.

Kim has Instructed Human Resources Management at the Post Graduate level and is a Certified Practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicators, DISC, High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI), and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Core Strengths Assessments. Kim is also currently working towards a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education.
